Tibetan Singing bowls, or more accurately Himalayan singing bowls, is a therapy and technology that is traced back 2,400 years ago. They were commonly used in Nepal, Tibet and India. Traditional bowls are made of 7 metals which are gold, silver, iron, tin, copper, mercury and lead. Each metal vibrates differently to create unique tones and vibrations.. These sounds are energy and vibrate at frequencies that help to balance us. The chakras align, peace and calmness is induced and the conscious and subconscious mind is accessed. It also connects us with our Higher Power. If we place an intent before the session, it is particularly powerful.

These tones and frequencies from the bowls can affect our bodies, mind and energy systems. The bowls can remove energy blockages and reset the brain and nervous system. The therapist can hear what is reflected from the bowls and follow the tones and information to create shifts in the body. Its is very relaxing and beautiful at the same time.
