Energetic Body Work
Reiki ENergy:
Means Universal Life Energy and is similar to a “laying on of hands” type therapy. It is designed to bring energy (chi or prana) into the body and help you become balanced and aligned.
Cranio-sacral Therapy:
A healing practice that uses very light touch to balance the cranio-sacral system, which includes bones, nerves, fluids and connective tissues.
Energetic Unwinding Therapy:
A type of energy work designed to help you release emotional pain, trauma, and stress. This can work even for very old emotional scars, fears and burdens you have been carrying.
Intuitive Information:
I can share with you the impressions or messages I receive. Most of the information I get are things that will help you understand your feelings and emotions and move past the obstacles you are experiencing now.
Sound Therapy:
For a session the client will be on the massage table (or a mat on the floor) fully clothed with bowls placed on and around them.
