Breathwork is a gateway to the conscious, subconscious and superconscious minds. It helps to make you aware of patterns and habits that you have been living by. It unveils layers of repressed and unprocessed feelings and fear. These can cause depression, anxiety and illness. The way you breathe shows much about your personality and how you interact with and respond to life.

Breathwork can open the door to feeling safe and comfortable with allowing all your internal voices and feelings to be heard. You can then reclaim and call back any disconnected or fragmented parts of yourself.

The most prevalent things breathwork helps with is to open the door to greater awareness and to be connected with the true self and remember who you are at your core. When you are in that state of being, shame, regret, feelings of not being enough, unworthiness and guilt can be replaced with Love, safety, understanding, sense of belonging and self acceptance.

This can also shift you to moving towards more possibilities and your highest potential. It can liberate you from regret of the past and fear of the future and puts you in a very present state of awareness. It helps you see a more expanded view of your life including past or current experiences and your connections and relationships with others. This results in an increased capacity to experience more fully the higher dimensional aspects of existence.

Due to Covid19, individual and group breathwork sessions are on hold.  Although the  option of zoom sessions may be a possibility in the near future.
